What does White Glove Service mean?
This is our fully managed, hands-on catalog production service. We handle everything from setup to delivery:
- Each image is prepped for your creative (e.g., background removal, background extension)
- Designs are adapted to fit different image types and dimensions (e.g., portrait model shots vs. landscape flat-lays)
- Every edge case is handled (e.g. inconsistent images, missing fields)
- Every SKU is manually reviewed and refined. For a catalog of 500 colorways, that's ~30 minutes per ad size (1:1, 2:3, 4:5, 9:16) — though this varies by catalog complexity
We count by colorway, not size variant — unlike most other providers.
A shirt in 5 colors and 6 sizes = 5 SKUs, not 30.
